一句話

汪喵手帳是個毛孩照護提醒與記帳 App。你安裝並使用它,表示同意這份條款。

沒有帳號、沒有伺服器。你記的毛孩資料、照護紀錄、體重、費用與照片都留在自己的裝置上。

可以怎麼使用

我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權,在自己的裝置上使用這個 App。

請不要反編譯、修改、再散布,或把 App 的內容、吉祥物「起司」與圖示拿去另外使用或販售。

App 用到的開放原始碼套件各自有自己的授權,不受上面這一段限制。

付費項目

汪喵手帳 Pro 解鎖多隻毛孩、完整體重曲線與時間範圍、費用分類圓餅與月報年報,以及中尺寸的桌面 Widget。免費版可以有 1 隻進行中的毛孩,提醒、通知動作、筆記、就診、記帳與備份匯出匯入全部可用;已經記下的資料不會因為升不升級而消失。

Pro 有一次買斷與年費兩種。買斷付一次就永久有效。

年費會依週期自動續訂,直到你取消為止。取消要到 Google Play 的訂閱設定裡操作 —— 在這個 App 裡刪掉紀錄或移除 App 不會取消訂閱。取消之後仍可使用到當期結束。

App 內的購買一律由 Google Play 處理,我們不會接觸你的付款資訊。價格與計費週期會在購買畫面上標示,那裡顯示的金額由 Google Play 依你的所在地決定。

購買綁在你的 Google 帳號上,不是綁這支手機。換手機或重新安裝之後,App 會自己去問一次;沒問到的話,Pro 頁面有「恢復購買」可以再查一次。

退款依 Google Play 的退款政策辦理,請直接向 Google Play 申請。

你的資料

毛孩資料、照護項目與完成紀錄、體重、筆記、就診、費用、照片與所有設定,都存在 App 自己本機。

移除 App、清除 App 的資料、換一台裝置之前,請先到設定頁的「匯出備份」留一份。備份是一個 zip 檔,裡面有全部資料與照片。

這個 App

這是一個記錄與提醒的工具,不是獸醫或任何醫療上的專業建議。

內建的疫苗、驅蟲、心絲蟲等排程只是台灣常見的預設值,每隻毛孩的體質、年齡與所在環境都不同,請依你的獸醫指示調整間隔與內容。用藥、劑量與是否需要施打,以獸醫為準。

體重、金額、日期與週期全部由你自己填,App 只照你填的數字。統計頁的合計是加總出來的參考值。

提醒是 Android 的本機通知,會不會準時響取決於系統。省電模式、廠商的背景限制、把 App 強制停止、關掉通知權限或調整系統時間,都可能讓提醒延遲或不出現。設定頁的「讓提醒更可靠」有各廠牌的設定步驟。不要把它當成唯一的疫苗或用藥提醒。

App 以「現狀」提供,我們會盡力讓它正常運作,但不保證完全無錯誤或永不中斷。

責任限制

在法律允許的範圍內,我們不對使用這個 App 所導致的間接損失負責,例如沒收到提醒而延誤的照護、依範本預設值做的決定,或是遺失的紀錄。

法律賦予你的消費者權利不會因為這一段而減損。

App 可能改變或停止

我們可能新增、修改或移除功能。若某項已付費的功能要被移除,會事先在 App 內說明。

App 已經裝在你裝置上的版本仍然可以繼續使用。

準據法

這份條款以中華民國法律為準據法。若有爭議,雙方同意先善意協商;協商不成時,以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院,但不影響消費者保護法賦予你的權利。

條款的變更

條款如有修改,會更新下面的版本,並隨 App 更新一起發布。重大變更會在 App 內另行提示。

In short

Wanmeow is a pet-care reminder and expense app. By installing and using it, you agree to these terms.

There are no accounts and no server. Your pets, care records, weights, expenses and photos stay on your own device.

How you may use it

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this app on your own devices.

Please do not decompile, modify, redistribute, or reuse or resell the app's contents, the Cheese mascot or the app icon.

The open source packages the app uses carry their own licences and are not covered by the paragraph above.

Purchases

Wanmeow Pro unlocks unlimited pets, the full weight curve with time ranges, the expense donut with monthly and yearly reports, and the medium home-screen widget. The free version keeps 1 active pet; reminders, notification actions, notes, vet visits, expenses and backup export/import are all included, and what you have already recorded never disappears whether you upgrade or not.

Pro comes as a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription. The one-time purchase is paid once and lasts forever.

The yearly plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling is done in your Google Play subscription settings — deleting things inside this app or uninstalling it does not cancel anything. After cancelling you keep access to the end of the current period.

All in-app purchases are handled by Google Play and we never see your payment details. Price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen, and the amount shown there is set by Google Play for your region.

Your purchase is tied to your Google account, not to this phone. After switching phones or reinstalling, the app checks once by itself; if that check does not go through, "Restore purchases" on the Pro page will ask again.

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy — please request them through Google Play.

Your data

Pets, care tasks and their history, weights, notes, vet visits, expenses, photos and every setting live in the app's own local storage.

Before you uninstall the app, clear its data, or move to another device, export a copy from "Export backup" in Settings. The backup is a zip file containing all data and photos.

About this app

This is a tool for keeping records and reminders, not veterinary or any other medical advice.

The built-in vaccine, deworming and heartworm schedules are common defaults for Taiwan. Every pet's health, age and environment differ, so adjust the intervals and items to your vet's instructions. Medication, dosage and whether a shot is needed at all are for your vet to decide.

Weights, amounts, dates and cycles are all entered by you, and the app works only from those numbers. Totals on the reports page are sums for reference.

Reminders are local Android notifications, and whether they fire on time is up to the system. Battery savers, vendor background limits, force-stopping the app, revoking notification permission or changing the system clock can all delay or suppress them. "Make reminders reliable" in Settings has per-brand steps. Do not rely on this as your only reminder for vaccines or medication.

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running correctly but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or never interrupted.

Advertising

There are no ads in this app, and there will not be.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app — care delayed because a reminder never arrived, a decision made on a template default, or records that were lost.

Nothing in this section reduces the consumer rights the law gives you.

The app may change or stop

Features may be added, changed or removed. If a paid feature is to be removed, we will say so in the app beforehand.

The version already installed on your device keeps working.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of a dispute, both sides agree to negotiate in good faith first; failing that, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the version below is updated and shipped with an app update. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
