專注花園是一個單機的番茄鐘與習慣養成 App。你安裝並使用它，表示同意這份條款。
沒有帳號、沒有伺服器，你的紀錄只在你的裝置上。
你可以怎麼使用
我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權，在你自己的裝置上使用這個 App。
請不要反編譯、修改、再散布，或把 App 的內容拿去另外販售。
付費項目
App 內的訂閱與購買都由 Google Play 處理。我們不會接觸你的付款資訊。
訂閱會依你選擇的週期自動續訂，直到你取消為止。取消要到 Google Play 的訂閱設定裡操作，取消後仍可使用到當期結束。價格、計費週期與試用條件會在購買畫面上標示。
退款依 Google Play 的退款政策辦理，請直接向 Google Play 申請。
重要：目前這個版本的購買是示範性質，不會真的扣款。正式接上金流後這一段會更新，並在購買畫面上明確標示。
你的資料在你手上
專注紀錄、森林、設定、成就與已解鎖的內容都存在 App 自己的本機儲存空間裡。沒有雲端備份，我們手上沒有任何一份副本。
這代表：移除 App、清除 App 資料、或換一台裝置，這些紀錄就會消失，而且無法還原。想保留的話請用設定頁的匯出功能自行備份。
訂閱狀態是例外—它綁在你的 Google 帳號上，換裝置後用「恢復購買」可以取回。
這個 App 不保證什麼
這是一個計時與紀錄工具，不是醫療、心理或生產力方面的專業建議。
計時、提醒與「離開就枯萎」的判定都依賴 Android 系統。省電模式、廠商的背景限制、強制停止 App、調整系統時間等情況都可能讓提醒延遲、不出現，或讓判定結果不如預期。
App 以「現狀」提供，我們會盡力讓它正常運作，但不保證完全無錯誤或永不中斷。
責任限制
在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對使用這個 App 所導致的間接損失負責，例如錯過的行程、遺失的紀錄或衍生的商業損失。
法律賦予你的消費者權利不會因為這一段而減損。
App 可能改變或停止
我們可能新增、修改或移除功能。若某項已付費的功能要被移除，會事先在 App 內說明。
若哪一天不再維護這個 App，已經在你裝置上的版本仍然可以繼續使用——它本來就不需要連線。
準據法
這份條款以中華民國法律為準據法。若有爭議，雙方同意先善意協商；協商不成時，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響消費者保護法賦予你的權利。
條款的變更
條款如有修改，會更新下方的版本與日期，並隨 App 更新一起發布。重大變更會在 App 內另行提示。

Terms of Service
In short
FocusGarden is an offline pomodoro and habit-building app. By installing and using it, you agree to these terms.
There are no accounts and no server; your records live only on your device.
How you may use it
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this app on your own devices.
Please do not decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell the app or its contents.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Google Play. We never handle your payment details.
A subscription renews automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancellation is done in your Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Price, billing period, and any trial terms are shown on the purchase screen.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy — please request them through Google Play.
Important: in this version, purchases are a demonstration and no money is charged. This section will be updated when real billing is connected, and the purchase screen will say so clearly.
Your data is yours to keep
Focus records, your forest, settings, achievements, and unlocked content are stored in the app's own local storage. There is no cloud backup and we hold no copy.
This means uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or switching devices will lose those records permanently. Use the export feature in Settings to keep your own backup.
Subscription status is the exception — it is tied to your Google account, and "Restore purchases" will bring it back on a new device.
What the app does not promise
This is a timer and journalling tool, not medical, psychological, or productivity advice.
Timing, reminders, and the "leave and it withers" rule all depend on Android. Battery savers, vendor background restrictions, force-stopping the app, or changing the system clock can delay or suppress reminders, or make the outcome differ from what you expect.
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running correctly but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or never interrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, such as missed appointments, lost records, or consequential business losses.
Nothing in this section reduces the consumer rights the law gives you.
The app may change or stop
Features may be added, changed, or removed. If a paid feature is to be removed, we will say so in the app beforehand.
If the app is one day no longer maintained, the version already on your device will keep working — it never needed a connection anyway.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of a dispute, both sides agree to negotiate in good faith first; failing that, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the version and date below are updated and shipped with an app update. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
